Blender 4.2.3 & 3.6.17 LTS - Bugfix Releases

The Long Term Support versions of Blender 3.6 and 4.2 have received updates. These 'LTS' releases are for users who don't need the latest features and are instead looking for a reliable and stable Blender environment. They only receive critical fixes throughout a 2-year time span. Any critical fix that is applied to the latest stable version, will be regularly ported over to active Blender LTS releases.
